Same same but different seafood restaurants, an Aussie beach bar and a proper coffee shop.
-November 2023-
The best seafood restaurant we had ever been to in Vietnam! The way we ordered was customizable which is a standard way here. Firstly, choose fish, seashells, or lobsters in a big pool where they keep them alive. Then, ask them how to cook them.
The lobster was exceptional, and it was a lower price than restaurants in the centra so it’s worth coming here.
This is the first restaurant we went in the heart of Na Trang. We had ended up becoming repeaters because of great cuisine with good service.
The menu has a wide range of selection not only Asian but Western cuisine. Their was a friendly staff helped us what to select, so we often took his recommendation. Those dishes always met our expectations.
The upcycled materials like doors, retro stuff like a sewing machine, and used teacups and rain boots were displayed as a part of the interior decor. They were colourful, cute, and eco-friendly. I loved it.
A mist shower at the front of this cafe worked well so it's comfy enough to keep ourselves cool.
We ordered grilled octopus for our snacks it was salty goodness. Yum.
4. Cafe Bon Mua
Proper Vietnamese coffee is available! We fell in love with their coffee. It tasted so right.
A glass of tea was served while dripping coffee through the coffee filter press. After getting the dripping done, put ice cubes into the glass to make an iced one.
Isn't it so mindful way of making coffee?
Shipping iced tea while waiting for coffee is part of the process. No rush but just enjoy waiting to get the coffee done.
They sell rice too for some reason. I saw a Japanese one.
"Good day, mate!" A friendly guy spoke to us. "What? Good day???" We were surprised because of no expectation of hearing the Australian greetings. Yes. He is an Australian customer, and the owner is Aussie too!
The main menu of this shop is an Aussie beef hamburger. The guy we chatted with had 2 of them! Legend.
The beautiful beach spread out before us. It was so clean. We spent a few hours having beers with chit-chat and swimming. It was like we kept the beach to ourselves because there was almost no one else.
Their opening hours and days are limited due to weather and the stock of burgers (it's very soon to be sold out!) so better to check out their Facebook before you go.
